Welcome to Happenin' COS ("we," "us," or "Happenin'"). By subscribing to or using happenincos.com, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email happenincos@gmail.com.

What we provide

Happenin' is a subscription calendar feed of Colorado Springs events. We aggregate concerts, festivals, sports, trivia, family events, happy hours, and outdoor activities from public local sources, then deliver them to your calendar app (Google, Apple, Outlook, or any app that supports calendar subscriptions).

Pricing and trial

• $2.99 per month, or $29 per year.
• Every new account gets a 10-day free trial with full access. No payment details are collected for the trial - you are only charged if you choose to subscribe. The trial is one per person.
• Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel after the trial and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change. If we raise your price, we'll email you ahead of time and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention pitch. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it stops.

Refunds

We don't have an automated refund policy because the trial already lets you test the service for free. If something went wrong (you were charged after cancelling, you couldn't actually use the feed, the service was down for an extended period), email happenincos@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Accuracy of events

Event details come from public sources (venue sites, festival pages, city event calendars, meetup groups, and so on). We do our best to keep things current, but we don't guarantee the accuracy of dates, times, venues, prices, or whether an event will actually happen. Events get rescheduled, cancelled, or moved without notice. Always confirm with the organizer before driving out, buying tickets, or planning around an event.

Acceptable use

• Don't share your subscription with hundreds of people or redistribute the feed as your own product.
• Don't try to scrape, mirror, or republish the underlying database. If you want to build something with this data, email us and we'll talk.
• Don't use the service to harass anyone or do anything illegal.

Account suspension

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. If we do, we'll refund any unused portion of an annual subscription.

Limitation of liability

Happenin' is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed events, wasted trips, or any decision you made based on event info from the feed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, email subscribers. Continuing to use Happenin' after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
