Key Highlights: True Ghost Town Takeover — The entire event clusters in Victor’s super-walkable historic downtown block, centered at the iconic Black Monarch Hotel. Victor City Pavilion - Outdoor Main Stage: Full EDM takeover — headliners, massive bass, lasers, strobes, fog, and ghostly projections mapping onto historic building facades.
