About this event

On view 2026-11-06 to 2026-11-28. Come experience this exhibit and enjoy two floors of open studios + galleries this First Friday from 5-8 pm, and all month during normal business hours. Tenebrism is a term used to define a rich and even shocking contrast of bold lighting against heavy saturated shadows, with many compositions being dominated by the negative space of darkness surrounding the subject matter. For this call we asked artists to challenge themselves by illuminating their subject with a single candle, either metaphorically or literally.
