About this event

A hands-on class in water bath canning and other preservation techniques. Participants take home what they make. The El Paso County Conservation District & CSU Extension aim to reintroduce heirloom apple trees and promote sustainable land stewardship. The A.P.P.L.E. Project — Apple Preservation 🍎 Planting 🍎 Land Education — Apple Preservation Plant a Tree, Cultivate Knowledge, Harvest a Legacy This class is limited to 12 participants per class. October 19 & 28 Apple Preservation classes are the same class, please only register for one class.
