Colorado Springs to mark 25 years since 9/11

Members of the public are invited to join the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) and Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) to commemorate 25 years since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. The ceremony will be held at the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial in Memorial Park and will honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who answered the call, and those whose sacrifices continued long after Sept. 11.
