Celebrate the magic of harvest season with our debut Colorado Springs Carboy Winery Beyond the Barrel community wine dinner. Kick off the night with a welcome pour straight from the barrel and passed bites before settling in for an indulgent five-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with a lineup of special wines. Menu: Porcini Soufflé; Roasted Butternut Squash; El Regalo Ranch Goat Agnolotti; Braised Beef Short Rib; Pumpkin Ricotta Cheesecake. $150 per person (20% gratuity included for staff). Seats are limited.
