Residents are invited to attend upcoming open houses for the COS Creek Plan, a long-term effort to restore the natural functions of Monument and Fountain creeks while improving flood resilience, recreation opportunities, and environmental health. This phase of the project is the COS Creek Plan Feasibility Study, a collaborative effort between the City of Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak Waterways, and Colorado Springs Utilities.
