Global Perspectives: The Flagmakers Documentary Showing

Join us for a screening of The Flagmakers , a National Geographic documentary that explores the people behind the making of the American flag. Through the stories of immigrants, refugees, and local workers, the film examines questions of identity, belonging, and what the American flag represents to different people. We will also be creating an American Flag out of beaded pins ourselves. This is an optional activity to do as we watch the film.
